As the fruit of the gods, olives should be dressed simply, served often and enjoyed with good company. Mama always was in good company!
A trio of olives is marinated in extra virgin olive oil, rosemary and peppercorns. Then they’re dusted with Mama Francesca Parmesan & Romano and served with crusty bread, if desired.
Suggestion: Try chopping all ingredients together for an olive tapenade.
¼ cup Mama Francesca Parmesan & Romano
2 cups Favorite Olives, rinsed
½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 sprigs Thyme Optional: Pepperoncinis or Cherry Peppers
1 Lemon, strips of peel only
