Share the holiday cheer with this recipe of stuffed cherry tomatoes filled with marinated artichokes; Mama Francesca Parmesan, Basil & Oregano; chopped parsley; lemon zest; and Kalamata olives.
Suggestion: Sprinkle some Mama Francesca Parmesan, Basil & Oregano onto the serving platter and place the filled tomatoes on top. This will prevent the tomatoes from rolling and spilling.

1 pint Cherry Tomatoes, washed
1 12oz. jar Marinated Artichokes, drained and chopped
2 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Lemon Zest
½ cup Kalamata Olives, chopped
½ tsp. Chili Flakes
