Barbecue Parmesan Ribs

Prep 10 Mins

Cook 3 Hrs

Serves 2-4

St. Louis–style pork ribs are generously basted with barbecue sauce that’s enhanced with Mama Francesca Parmesan & Red Pepper, then slow-roasted until they are fall-off-the-bone tender.

Suggestion: Try this sauce on barbecued chicken, too.

Ingredients

¼ cup Mama Francesca Parmesan & Red Pepper
1 rack St. Louis–Style Pork Spare Ribs
1 cup Barbecue Sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Pat ribs dry with a paper towel and then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Mix Mama Francesca Parmesan & Red Pepper with barbecue sauce.
  4. With a brush, cover both sides of ribs with sauce mixture.
  5. Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil and roast for 2 hours.
  6. Remove foil and baste ribs with more sauce.
  7. Leave uncovered and roast for 1 more hour.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
