Blueberry Jam and Three-Cheese Turnovers

Mama Francesca Parmesan & Romano is mixed with sweet blueberry jam and then stuffed into crescent roll dough with brie and baked until golden brown.

Suggestion: For another twist, try these with canned apple pie filling and cheddar cheese instead of jam and brie.  

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Mama Francesca Parmesan & Romano, divided
¼ cup Blueberry Jam
1 tube Premade Crescent Roll Dough
8¼-inch slices Brie

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix blueberry jam with 1 tablespoon of Mama Francesca Parmesan & Romano.
  3. Divide crescent roll dough into eight triangles. Place one slice of Brie and a spoonful of the blueberry jam mixture on each triangle.
  4. Roll dough to create croissant shape.
  5. Sprinkle tops with remaining Mama Francesca Parmesan & Romano.
  6. Bake on a parchment-lined cookie sheet for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
