Spaghetti squash is roasted, shredded with a fork, tossed with Mama Francesca Parmesan & Romano and finished with sweet tomato sauce and a bit of mozzarella. Perfect to heat and eat from the microwave.
Suggestion: Try roasted spaghetti squash in place of pasta next time. Roast for 45 minutes and top with your favorite pasta toppings.
