Creamy White Bean Dip

Serves 4

White beans are pureed with Mama Francesca Parmesan and Garlic, olive oil and lemon juice; to be served with crunchy, crispy crackers and colorful vegetables.

Suggestion: Use the white bean dip as a spread in a sandwich with sliced deli turkey, cucumbers, tomatoes and sprouts in a pita. 

Ingredients

1/3 cup Mama Francesca Parmesan and Garlic
2 15oz Cans Cooked cannellini beans
1 Garlic clove, peeled
2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. Chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Puree Mama Francesca Parmesan and Garlic with the other 4 ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Transfer to small dip bowl and serve.  (Can be prepared 1 day ahead and stored in a refrigerator)
