These deviled eggs were inspired by Mama's creativity and innovation. Mama loved to take common recipes and put her special touch on them; that's just what we did for these Easter deviled eggs!
Tangy horseradish is infused in creamy deviled eggs speckled with bits of ham, Mama Francesca Parmesan & Red Pepper, sliced scallions, fresh dill and paprika.
Suggestion: Start eggs in cold water to prevent the shells from cracking.
¼ cup Mama Francesca Parmesan & Red Pepper
12 Eggs, hard-boiled, cut in half, yolks removed
½ cup Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Horseradish
½ tsp. Mustard
1 Tbsp. Dill
2 Tbsp. Scallions, sliced
¼ cup Ham, small diced
