This delicious stuffing is made of baguette, apples, buttery leeks, smoky bacon, Portobello mushrooms and thyme and blended with chicken stock and Mama Francesca Classic Parmesan. Pass some over here, please.
Suggestion: Layer your leftover Thanksgiving turkey, vegetables and stuffing in a casserole dish. Top with mashed potatoes, bake and serve.

1 Baguette, diced or torn into bite-size pieces
1 cup Bacon, diced
1 cup Leeks, washed and sliced
1 Apple, peeled and diced
1 cup Portobello Mushrooms, stemmed, cleaned and diced
