Marinated Steak and Veggie Kebabs

Serves 4

Tender pieces of steak are skewered with bell peppers, mushrooms and onions, soaked in Mama Francesca Parmesan & Garlic honey-lemon marinade and roasted.  

Suggestion: Substitute chicken or shrimp for the steak.

Ingredients

½ cup Mama Francesca Parmesan & Garlic
2 Lemons, zested and juiced
¼ cup Honey
½ cup Cooking Oil
1 lb. Filet Mignon or New York Strip Steaks, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 Red Bell Pepper, cut into 1x1-inch pieces
1 Yellow Bell Pepper, cut into 1x1-inch pieces
1 Red Onion, cut into 1x1-inch pieces
1 8-oz. pkg. Whole Mushrooms
1 pkg. Skewers

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a bowl, mix together Mama Francesca Parmesan & Garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, honey and oil. Set aside.
  3. Thread the skewers by alternating pieces of steak, bell peppers, onion and mushrooms.
  4. In a baking dish with sides, pour marinade over skewers. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  5. Roast in oven about 10–12 minutes. Serve immediately.
