½ cup Mama Francesca Classic Parmesan
4 Apples, peeled and diced
½ cup Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 Prepared Pie Crusts, cut with a glass into 10 smaller crusts about 2.5 inches in diameter
