Parmesan Dinner Rolls

Prep 40 Mins

Cook 25 Mins

Serves 16 small dinner rolls

Take the fear out of making fresh bread with this easy Mama Francesca Parmesan & Garlic dinner roll recipe for fresh, cheesy rolls hot out of the oven for your family to enjoy!

Suggestion: You can substitute bread flour with all-purpose flour, but bread flour gives the rolls great elasticity.

Ingredients

1 cup Mama Francesca Parmesan & Garlic
3 Tbsp. Yeast
1 Tbsp. Sugar
¾ cup Warm Water
¼ cup Milk
6 Tbsp. Cold Butter
2¼ cups Bread Flour

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the yeast, sugar and water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Scald the milk in a small pot, turn the heat off and add the cold butter. Then, add the milk and butter mixture to the yeast mixture.
  4. In a standing mixer with a hook attachment, knead the flour with the liquid yeast mixture for 3–5 minutes. Allow the mixture to rest for 10 minutes. Then, shape it into 16 small balls.
  5. Roll each ball in Mama Francesca Parmesan & Garlic and place them in a greased 9x9-inch pan to rise another 30 minutes.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes and serve hot.
