When it came to baking, Mama was the best! Spending hours mixing and kneading dough could be tiresome, but the reward was great! A crumbly cookie fit for kings, but made for her most special people.
Crushed pine nuts, grated Mama Francesca Classic Parmesan and basil are mixed into cookie dough, double baked and served as a great accompaniment to an after-dinner fruit and cheese plate.
Suggestion: Serve with fig jam and sliced apples for dessert!
