8 oz. Wild Mushrooms, sliced (shiitake, oyster, crimini, portobello)
1 head Radicchio, julienned
1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp. Fresh Thyme
½ tsp. Cracked Black Pepper
