1⁄3 cup Mama Francesca Parmesan, Asiago & Romano
3 lbs. Red Potatoes, cut into wedges
½ cup Sweet Onion, diced
3 Tbsp. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Pinch Crushed Red Chili Flake
Assorted Fresh Herbs
