For a quick and delicious meal in under 20 minutes, try tilapia crusted in a spicy blend of Mama Francesca Parmesan & Garlic, tortillas, spices and lime juice.
Suggestion: Blend 1 cup of store-bought guacamole with 2 tablespoons of any Mama Francesca Parmesan Blend for the perfect topper.
½ cup Mama Francesca Parmesan & Garlic
4 Corn Tortillas, torn in pieces
1 tsp. Paprika
½ tsp. Ground Cumin
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp Lime Juice
¼ cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
4 Tilapia Filets, 4–6-oz. each
1 Egg, beaten
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place Mama Francesca Parmesan & Garlic, corn tortillas, spices, lime juice and cilantro in a food processor. Pulse until the mixture resembles small crumbs, then spread on a plate.
3. Dip each filet in the egg and then the cheese crumbs and place on a nonstick baking sheet.
4. Bake until the fish flakes, about 12–15 minutes.
